Elite Chiropractic

It's now six days before Nathan's match!

Nathan's progress is going really well.

As I take him through our performance protocol, I have noted an improvement in hand-eye co-ordination, muscle activation and recovery times.

The important thing now is to manage Nathan's ability to train well and confidently and respond to the fine-tuning that I do.

I'm making sure that he can move his head and neck, chest and shoulders quickly and confidently. Also of great importance is ensuring that his pelvis is well positioned to minimise low back muscle and joint strain so he can rotate effectively to generate maximum power with least effort which in turn increases his stamina.

Not to be forgotten is the ability to move hips, knees and feet for precise and fast advance and retreat movements.
